Previosly I blogged about my fashion inspiration from pears (the fruit!), today I’ve discovered the amazing, colourful, brilliantly unique and maybe a little bit SCI FI, Purple Cauliflower. Did you know this spacey vegetable existed?

Doesn’t make me automatically want to say YUM, but a WHAT and a HUH? and  WOW!!!!

The point is, even if you dont feel like eating this magnificent soup which may or may not give you supernatural powers, you can still awe at the beautiful colour. Not to be confused with Bridgette Jones’ blue soup. That one was an accident! Although you can find many recreated blue soup recipes here
