Now you can literally freshen up at the Powder Room – your style that is.

There is a boutique store on Sussex street in Sydney CBD owned by the lovely Claire who is bubbly and friendly.

This beautiful little shop has been around for only one year and I only just discovered it recently. I was walking to the carpark and saw these magnificent red and gold stroppy sandals in the store window – like a magnet! I went in and walked out with two pairs of shoes – the stroppy red and gold pumps and pretty black pom pom stilettos. Claire is so nice and gave me the best deal for the two pairs.

I will showcase them soon on this blog With the red shoes I literally get stopped on the street and people ask me where I got the shoes from! They seriously have some style!

I wanted to share this boutique which goes under the cute name – Powder Room and how fantastic some of my finds have been there (mostly shoes!)

The walls are inspired by style icon Audrey Hepburn

The clothes are colourful and very unique. This is my definition of boutique shopping – having the ability to stand out from the crowd.

The beautiful collection of shoes – this is where I spend most of my time (back of the shop, next to the shoes!)

These dresses are so pretty and feminine,  I wish I could own them all. Can’t wait till summer is back in the city as well, so I can start investing in these party perfect gowns.

The price range is very affordable, and for the differentiation in style and flair, I believe the clothes and shoes at the Power Room are a bargain! You can get a party outfit sorted for under $100 and shoes range between $60-$100 as well. I snatched my winter boots here for $90

Once you’re done with the shopping, you can also get your nails done, without leaving the store. Convenient? I think so!
